What happens if a customer receives a hooded towel that's damaged or not what they ordered?
We offer a 6-month warranty on all our hooded beach towels. If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please email us at [[email]] with photos and details of the fault. We will guide you through the process to sort it out promptly.
If a customer isn't stoked with their hooded towel, how do they return or exchange it?
Items purchased can be exchanged or returned within 21 days of delivery. For an exchange or return to be accepted, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and within their original ziplock packaging with all tags attached.
